Abstract: The conformation of polymers at the solid-liquid interface has been the subject of considerable interest in the fundamental theory and applied practice. In paints and printing inks, dispersions of pigment or filler powders in polymeric binder solutions have to be maintained in the colloidal state. One of the stabilizing mechanisms for paint is the steric stabilization. On the other hand, in the formation reaction of polymer at the solid-liquid interface took place between monomer solutions and solid
