Abstract: Direct heat to explosion sugarcane bagasse and the enzyme of Onozuk RS cellulase (from Yakult, Japan) were used in the experiments. A series of enzymatic hydrolysis conditions, such as enzyme concentration, temperature, pH, hydrolysis time, different kinds of buffers, ion strength and the ratio of substrate to liquid was studied.
