Abstract: Saporin-S6(SO-6) is a ribosome-inactivating protein purified from the seeds of. saponaria of-ficinalis. The conformation of the SO-6 molecule was studied by means of circular dichroism(CD) and fluorescence spectroscopy. The protein is stable in the range of pH 3-9.
