Isolation and Structure Elucidation of New Glycosides from the Leaves of Oplopanax Elatus Nakai(Ⅱ)

Abstract: Again, four new saponins were isolated from tlie leaves of Oplopanax elatusHaka,.The structures of the four saponins ,tentatively named cirensenoside E(1),F(2), G(3) and H(4),were elucidated to be 28-O-α-L-rlianinopyranosyl(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-g-Dglucopyranosyl esters of 3epi-betulinic acid 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), 3β-hydroxylup-20 (29)-en-23.28-dioic acid (2),3β, 23-di-hydroxylup-20 (29)-en-28-oic acid (3), 3α, 23-dihydroxylup-20 (29)-en-28-oic acidt4), respectively.
