Abstract: Two new saponins named davuricoside H and davuricoside K were isolated from the whole plant of Lysimachia davurica. The structures of davuricoside H and davuricoside K were determined by 1-D and 2-D NMR, MS techniques, and chemical methods to be 3β,16α,28-trihydroxy-olean-12-en-30-oic acid-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)]-α-L-arabinopyranoside and 3β,16α,28-trihydroxy-olean-12-en-30-oic acid-3-O-{β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)]-α-L-arabinopyranosyl}-30-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-ester.
