Two Brominated-sesquiteroene from Alga Laurencia Majuscula

Abstract: Two brominated-sesquiterpenes were isolated from the Alga Laurencia majuscula collected from the Xisha Islands in the South China Sea. Compound 1 was first reported, and determined, on spectral evidence, to be 8-bromo-l-en-chamigrene.
