Oxide-assisted Synthesis and Properties of Semiconductor Nanowires

Abstract:

We introduce a new synthetic approach,called oxide-assisted growth method,which can produce bulk-quantity synthesis of high-purity(no metal contamination) one-dimensional semiconductor nanomaterials.
