Abstract: FTIR, UV-visible , fluorescence spectra and calculation of CPK model indicated that poly(1-naphthol) synthesized and assembled by horseradish peroxidase(HRP) in aqueous micelle was constructed with orderly helical conformation, which was the lowest energy conformation of the polymer under this condition and resulted in an advanced π-conjugated system.
