摘要: A series of Eu3+ doped of M'type of yttrium orthotantalate Y1-x Eux TaO4( x =0—0.30) was sythesized. The influence of activator concentration on luminescence properties was studied in detail. The strong evidence from excitation spectra, emission spectra and diffusive reflection spectra of this system shows that there is energy transfer from TaO43- to Eu3+ via the charge transfer and spectral overlap.
