摘要:

(S)-or(R)-2-Amino-4-phenylbutyric acid and(S)- or(R)-2-hydroxy-4-phenylbutyric acid and their ethyl esters are key chiral intermediates for the preparation of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI) and other chiral drugs.
