摘要: The vitamin E, proteins, amino-acids, sugar, trace elements and fatty acids in the oil of Hippophae Rhamnoides L. seeds were quantitatively analyzed. Several methods for analyzing vitamin E were compared with each other and the content of gossypol in the oil was first determined.
