摘要:
Actinomycin D(ActD,Figure 1.),containing a planar phenoxazonc ring and two cyclic pentapeptides,is one of the most intensely studied anticancer drugs and currently used to treat highly malignant tumors, such as Wilms' tumor and gestational choriocarcinoma.Although ActD possesses high antitumor activities, its clinical usefulness is limited by its extreme cytotoxicity.
